So, basically, they had to pay for the food they essentially did not receive. They filed a complaint with Taco Bell, they responded after a few weeks refunding the $20 gift card. The customer service operator stated that he would receive the gift cards via mail. But they did not receive any gift cards through the mail. The customer believes that Taco Bell feels no intention to fix the issue and feels no remorse in charging for food that they never received. They believe that this practice should be condoned, for they are simply just deceiving their customers and have horrible customer service.
